Evil Upheaval is a competitive cutthroat strategy board game for 2-5 players that insists you work with your fellow villains to complete schemes, then pits you against one another as only one of you can be accepted into the League of Evil. With two different win conditions you need to keep a close eye on your fellow villains. Changing locations, managing your resources, and using your powers to devastating effect is just as important as making sure the League recognizes your accomplishments. So if your evil schemes aren't enough to get their attention, you might have to do something really drastic-like build your own secret weapon and take Captain Mallet out once and for-all. —description from the publisher
